1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Puffin Pottery's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Booking and Cancellations

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information regarding booking modifications, deposits, and refunds.

3. Studio Rules

We ask all customers to respect the studio environment, our staff, and other customers. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

4. Pottery Collection

Painted items are usually ready within 7-10 days. We will hold your finished pieces for a maximum of 3 months, after which they may be disposed of to make space for new creations.

5. Breakages

While we take the utmost care with your pieces, pottery firing is not an exact science. In the rare event that a piece breaks in the kiln, we will offer a replacement piece for you to paint or a full refund for that item.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
