Cancellation Policy

Our Policy

At Puffin Pottery, we understand that plans can change. To help us manage our studio space and ensure we can accommodate as many guests as possible, we have a simple cancellation policy in place.

Table Bookings

If you need to cancel or amend your regular table booking, please let us know as soon as possible by calling the studio. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the table to other guests.

Parties & Private Events

For parties and private events, any deposits paid are non-refundable. However, if you provide at least 7 days' notice, we will do our best to help you reschedule your event to an alternative date.

Workshops & Special Events

Tickets for workshops and special events booked online are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Please notify us of any name changes prior to the event.
